Google Play celebrates its first decade with a new promo and a new logo

Google marked the 10th anniversary of its Google Play online store with a new logo design.
The new logo matches the branding for many of the company’s other software products.
Users can also get a nice birthday boost in Google Play Points as well.

In March 2021, Google decided to rename its smartphone and tablet digital storefront from Android Market to Google Play. Today, the company announced it was celebrating the 10th anniversary of Google Play (several months late) with a new logo and a new promotion.
