Go to accounts and ADD Exchange mail.
Enter the email address and username (mail\username) & password.
If you are prompted to ALLOW the server access, click yes. Mail should now start coming in.
If it does NOT auto-setup and you have to enter the SERVER – it is : exch3.mail.msiny.com – and the domain is MAIL
