Honor has announced a new software update policy at MWC 2023.
The new update policy delivers three major OS upgrades and five years of security patches.
Honor’s policy only applies to the Magic 5 Pro and Magic Vs for now.

System update policies are a growing battleground in the smartphone space, but Honor has generally lagged behind the pack. Now, it turns out that the company is stepping up its game in this regard.

Honor confirmed in an email that its newly revealed Honor Magic Vs foldable and Honor Magic 5 Pro will receive three major OS updates and five years of security patches.
