Easier eSIM transfers are officially coming to Android later this year

Google has revealed that it will bring eSIM transfer functionality to Android later this year.
This mean you can easily switch your data plan to a new device much like a physical SIM.
Deutsche Telekom will be the first carrier to implement this feature.
eSIM technology is seeing major growth on high-end smartphones, but one issue with the modern SIM standard is that you can’t easily transfer your eSIM to a new phone.
Now, Google has announced that it’s bringing an eSIM transfer feature to Android to let users “quickly and securely” transfer their mobile plan to a new device.
